Hello from the sunny south coast
I'm returning to homebrewing after a very long gap, not having had much success in the past.
But a Make Your Own kit caught my eye at The Range and I still had a fermentation bucket, so I bought a premium lager pack and a kilo of dextrose and I'm keeping to the instructions. It's showing signs of life after 24 hours at 18c. I'll keep you updated on another thread.
I'm enjoying reading other members' posts and finding the advice really encouraging.
