I'm Lee, and I live/work in London
All very new to this, but willing to learn everything shared.
To start with I'm only really looking to brewing up European light crisp lager.
Commercial beers I like are Czech 'Budvar', and the Serbian 'Jelen Pivo'
Limitations are I can only use my shed for the brew. Currently 16C day, 13C night.
A very kind friend will lend me his Homebrew kit and bottles, as he's busy creating gallons of wine.
If all goes well, I'll be buying my own kit.
