hello all, thought i'd introduce my self. as you can tell from my profile name im charlie and i like to brew mead. i'm also a big fan of ales, unusual largers and hedge row brews. at present i've got 3 meads, an IPA and a peruvien larger on the go. i'm looking to get my brewers license this year and turn my garage into a micro brewery. if anyone has info on brewers licenses i would love to hear from them.

Hi and welcome. Wouldn't mind trying mead myself. Hope you get your license, I don't know much about how to get one but I hopefully it's not too much trouble to get one. :thumb:
