just thought i would say hello to all the users who i will be calling upon to help me out as i restart my homebrew.
i grew up watching my dad make beer and wine, and after a slight interest in my teenage years im back onto it at 33. i picked up a load of kit off ebay and am ready to go.
so far i have 160l of cider (2 weeks old and down from 1050 to 1025) and just to get something to drink sooner i have 10l of ginger beer which i started this afternoon.
