Hi to Everyone

Hi everyone, I'm in Highlands near Inverness and have just joined. Hopefully I'll be a frequent visitor as I've only just started on the home brewing so I will probably need some help along the way. We have a few apple trees and instead of letting the apples go to waste we've decided to have a go at cider making. Well thats the plan anyway. I'm going to end the intro there as i have my first question
