Hi to everyone

I'm a fairly novice home brewer. I've brewed quite a few from kit and a few modified kits. The current one being the Coopers Julebryg. Should be mighty fine.

I'm just about to step up to extract brewing by buying a boiler, wort chiller and making myself a fermentation fridge using the STC 1000.

I'm bound to ask some stupid questions at some point. Bare with me.
