hi all. I've been thinking about brewing for a few years now but never got around to it until my wife bought me a starter kit as a very nice surprise for my birthday in June. she wishes she hadn't now. lol.
I've done 3 brews so far and each time im learning and they appear to be getting better. I've been well and truly bitten by the bug. I bought quite a bit of gear from schpock for a reasonable price. I'm aiming to brew ale mainly but will try to branch out to wine and lager occasionally.
in the future I hope to switch to ag. once I've cracked the basics. and here seems to be the most active forum I've found and there's plenty of people who have wealth of knowledge.
