OMG I used to brew when I was in my 20's and now I have come back to it with so much more appreciation and attention to detail than I had back then. I so know what you are getting at 😀

Have you started any brewing yet and if so how are you getting on.Im up to my neck in it getting ready for Christmas as I have 5 fermenters on the go two of of which I put on yesterday my first Pale ale kit which took about 45 mins and an AG chestnut ale.
The other three are in secondary fermenters two if which are IPAs one partial and one AG both versions of the same brew only using different hops and currently dry hopping.
The third is our brucy bonus taken from second runnings with a few spices and orange peel and now just added mixed fruit soaked in whiskey.Cant wait for Christmas👍🍺🎅

hi gerryjo, yes I have started my first brew a woodfordes sundew the first of many I chose a kit beer for ease of use,how times have changed back in the day you name it I had it barrels/buckets/all the whistles and bells) and when I packed up brewing over 20 years ago and I gave all my kit away I thought that would be it,so slowly I will have to replace,why did,nt I put it in the attic !!!!!

I had the same issue from fermenters,demijohns a dozen off,pressure barrel and bottles to name some.Now we go to buy and everything has massively blown up in price and now everything I get has to be purchased online and is a PITA.:thumb:
