Greetings from Bristol!

I am very new to this whole game but have been reading a shed load and i'm looking forward to hopefully getting going this weekend!

I am a big fan of stronger beers particularly Russian Imperial stouts, so having seen some stuff about the coopers 3 can kit im considering a big brew for my first go so i can get it put way untill Christmas or this time next year!.. considering a few modifications though substituting the larger kit for some cheaper spraymalt... but i will pitch that idea in another thread!
