Hi, quick question. How much irish moss for a 10l brew. Google search is vague. I added too much whirlock on my first brew and ended up with what looked like a brain in the wort. I want to avoid that this time. Cheers. I'm brewing sierra nevada pale ale if it helps. Cheers.
