Hi guys, just a quick hello as im new to the forum. Ive had a bit of background into brewing years ago with cheap homebrew kits and never had amazing results. Now im looking to take it more seriously with new equipment and new brewing techniques to get better results. My aim is to produce craft beer that blows away the commercially available beers so it would be good to share my experiences with you guys. Ill be looking at pressure fermenting lagers ( and other beer types) and have a good idea of how to do nitro beers on tap with easily available equipment. I currently have a lager on and a hefeweizen that should be ready soon and will be glad to share the results with the community. Thanks for reading and would love to hear some feedback on my approach and techniques. Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum..
You'll certainly have plenty of verbal feedback but if you would prefer a more honest approach there is a bottle swap in the forum where the guys will give constructive feedback if you prefer. @strange-steve would be starter.
