Thanks for allowing me into this group. Although I've made several gallons of both cider and grape wine (from our trees and vines), I am an absolute newbie eager to learn more.
I expect to comb this forum for answers to many, many questions and challenges. Right now, a keen interest is in making wine with the hawthorn haws on our many trees. While I use this herb medicinally in teas and tinctures, I'm interested in ways to use the berries in other ways, wine included.
