hi,
i started homebrewing when they closed the pubs during covid. i bought all the kit from ebay including glass bottles.
the first brew was just about drinkable. 2nd was a geordie winter warmer this was nice. my last one was coopers mexican cervesa with brew kit 2 and it is delicious.

Try using DME in place of beer enhancer. Costs about the same and I suspect the results will be even better!

i normally do a geordie winter warmer ale in the winter and a lager for the summer
