im oliver, just had a youngs lager brew kit for christmas which i got brewing as soon as i got the bottles for bottling but didnt think it would be as much fun as it was. just opened my first bottle (only been a week in the bottle but couldnt wait) and tbh for my first batch i dont think i did to bad. i have already been out and got my second brew a coopers larger with coopers enhancer 1 which i have fermenting in my room (22 c) my kitchen may have been a bit cold for my the youngs (14 c at night arround 20 in the day) so thought id try this one out in my room. i didnt realise you could make your own beer that tastes so good and there are so many you can make i already have loads brews i want to do although my next one i think will be an ale which will be intresting as i have never really had many ales before.
