Hi all,

Just recently inherited a large garden in the North of Scotland with apple/pear/plum trees etc and have been bitten by the bug which drives me to try and turn all things into alcohol :-)

Currently trying plum wine, peapod wine and various turbo ciders.

Been looking in on the forum for a while reading up on what not to do, but you can guarantee that I'll make all the usual mistake along the way.

Looking forward to trying my brews in a few months and reading through the recipes on here for more ideas.

Many thanks

Welcome to the Forum. :thumb: :thumb:

Try not to taste the Peapod Wine in the first year because you will almost certainly be disappointed at the "earthy" and "peapod" taste.

However, after a year it develops into a very enjoyable lovely white wine which hides its humble origins!

Enjoy! :thumb:
