I recently returned to making homebew because I love the taste. In the pub I like real ales but more often than not, my homebrew is better (occasionally I make a bad one).
So, I decided to search Google for a forum and came across this site. Hopefully I'll be learn something to make homebrewing easier (I'm lazy!). I use the premium (two can) kits and either bottle or keg the finished product. I prefer bottles but they are more work.
Anyway, I'll read the existing threads over the next few days/weeks and hope to get to know the regulars soon.
