Started brewing beer kits about four years ago then last summer moved up to A.G biab set up and was amazed at the quality of the Speckled Hen clone it produced, never looked back since. I have two temperature controlled fridges plus a converted freezer for corny keg and gas bottle .
I have Session Bitter fermenting at the moment plus Banks Mild, Roasted Oatmeal Stout, Timothy Taylor Landlord, Galaxy Delight and London Porter bottled in the beer shed.
I'm interested in brewing vintage British beers and will be looking to recreate some early recipes asap.
