Hi Everyone

I've just found this forum today and have been browsing the topics and recipes, there seems to be some great info on here, so I thought I had better join up and say hello!

I was brewing kits for about a year, but was never really happy with the results I got. Then I was introduced to all grain using BIAB and I was sold. The intention was to use this as the quickest easiest route into all grain without needing too much equipment, and maybe go 3 vessel once I got a bit more experienced.

Since September 2012 I've done about 10 BIABs, some better than others but all very enjoyable. Best so far have been a Courage Directors Clone which was as good as a shop bought bottled version, a chocolate orange spiced christmas beer, and my last brew was a hoppy AIPA which was probably my favourite to date. I currently have an IPA in the FV with columbus, centennial and simcoe hops that's smelling incredible.... can't wait to try that!

Anyway, hopefully share some great brew days with you and gain some extra knowledge too.

Cheers

Ady
