hey all i,ve been brewing for 1 year now beer elderflower champenge nettle beer always looking for something diff going to try fruit brandy this week any tips would be great

Hi RV...welcome...I've done fruit wines in the past...but brandy do you meen "distill".... :whistle:

or are you thinking on the lines of a "cherry brandy/port" type drink???
