Hello all.
I've been lurking on the forum for a few months now, so thought it was about time I introduced myself.
Started out with kits in November of last year, before aquiring a 2 gallon pot and ventured into extract brewing.
Last couple of weeks I invested in a boiler and chiller and this week did my first 2 full extract boils.
Few more quid to fInd for the coolbox mash tun and then I'll take the plunge with AG.
A big thank you to all the "How to" people out there and also the knowledgeable folks that answer all the questions/queries that are posted. Been a massive help in my baby steps venture into homebrewing.
