I have been gradually increasing my knowledge, skill base and confidence in recent years. I moved on from kits to extract brewing and now have started with All Grain - the most rewarding and the most time consuming it has to be said. As I write I have a wort coming to the end of its boil - a German Weissbier using a recipe The Homebrew Handbook by Dave Law and Beshlie Grimes. Think I'm starting to understand the science a little more as I experiment, but still very much a novice.
