Hi All - Im preparing to start home brewing - Ive managed to collect up a couple of fermentation buckets, a boiler, a thermos mash tun, a rotating sparge arm, some immersion heating cylinders a few other little nicknacks.
All I need now is a wort chiller and a few more empty bottles!
Im hoping to do a brew in a few weeks time!
My favourite ales are doom bar, betty stoggs and hobgoblin -so hopefully I can achieve something of a similar standard eventually!
