I'm looking to get back into homebrew after 12 years away. Reading the forums it's pleasing to see that the craft has developed in the intervening period and although I still have my 5 gal length kit that I've dusted off I'm really keen to move to 10 gal and possibly a herms one at that.
For now I'm planning to get some 5 gal brews underway to re aquaint myself with all the practical side of home brew. a batch of Landlord to start with I think.
