I'm new to the forum after having completed 2 extract brews (so just about a total beginner!). I'm hopefully going to stick to the extract for the rest of the year to get as many styles and techniques under my belt before looking into all-grain early next year.
Brewed an Amarillo Pale Ale first which turned out pretty well, although some bottles seem to be a floral whilst other have managed to be nicely dry and bitter. I've got an ESB clone in the ferementer at the moment, ready to be bottled on Sunday.
