Hello all,

I've recently started all grain brewing on a home made kit and after running into a few problems I thought it was time to join a forum. I made a typical 5(ish) gallon kit and have had a couple of decent brews out of it.

I'm interested in taking it up a notch and looking to share knowledge with the like minded.

Based in Brighton and interested in all beer styles but currently leaning towards German and Belgian beers.
