Hi there folks, new to the world of brewing so I thought I should join a good forum to share the knowledge of some of the pros! My interests are in cider and larger at the moment however in time I can see my new hobby reaching new areas. Let's learn to walk before I can run eh?! Haha

Turbo Cider is one of the easiest to make, but you really must let it mature for about 8 weeks, not the easiest thing for a new brewer!
