I've experimenting with mead at the moment and may break into wine and beer if all goes well. I've been doing a lot of research on this and other forums, as well as Youtube videos. Soooo much info to absorb! Anyway, I've just bottled my first traditional, backsweetened mead and have a Joe's Quick Grape Mead on the go, ready for bottling soon. Tonight I'm starting a Mojito mead.
So, hello again, and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you all, starting on another thread in 10 minutes.
