Hi, new to this forum but I 've been brewing for a few years now. Started of brewing kits and then had a few years break. Then jumped straight into all Grain brewing and really got into it during the COVID lockdown. Got to admit my first ever all Grain brew made my eyes water :-) but over the last couple of years I've steadily improved. Got a 3 vessel system which I have slowly been upgrading over the last year or so. I have a plastic HLT and cool box MT and recently got a SS 50l stock pot with 3kw heater which is now my kettle. Anyhow.. happy brewing
