Hi there, I just joined the Group. Want to get into home brewing, I have a home brew beer from kit going on in the shed at the moment. I'm very excited to see how it pans out.
During this lockdown, I've been watching Youtubes beer brewing (& cheese making) galore and would like to have a crack at a proper mash and see what emanates. I did have a go with a beer kit many years ago, I seem to recall it was a lot of fun and tasted great. Hopefully the bug don't wear off when it starts getting busy again.
Also, I want to have a go at red wine from grapes, I know the grapes come in September.
I think it will be amazing when we can eventually have people over again and to have a dinner party and bring out the homemade, if its gorgeous, everyone will be totally thrilled !
