Thought I had posted here already.

Been doing kits for a couple of years now, just moved up to CO2 and metal kegs, now first brew in the fridge is on, hoping to go grain once I get this fermenting process sorted, made some nice beers but suffering with haziness sometimes.

My rather rough setup which I am about to rip out and rethink as its not working for me.

I stand my tub in a water bath with a heater for temp control. How
Do you do anything like that?
Does it really ferment quicker?
Without a large keezer to control temperature
You can't,as for speed of fermentation its a con IMO,easy enough to clean but wouldn't buy one again
