Norwegian brewer. New to this forum, but not to brewing. All grain brewing with many set ups, but after moving to a smaller apartment I've been using a german Speidel Braumeister 20L. Been brewing a few years now. The brewing trend in Norway at the moment is heavily hopped beers, which I like. But, english real ale is closer to my heart, and that's why I am here.
