Hi Guys,
:grin: Very new to home brewing my brother gave me a homebrew starter kit for xmas and have made two brews from kits so far The magnums apple cider and coopers ginger beer. Starting the first fermentation of the strawberry cider kit this morning.
The last two kits turned out okish but am getting a bit tired of using them really like the idea of making a brew from ingrdients from supermarket was looking at the Turbo Cider recipe looks like fun so reckon thats what I will try next even though got three beer kits (coopers) to get through as well........just one little question the first cider I made is quite nice taste wise but has little fizz I followed the instructions to a T but its still a little flat ......is there some where I am going wrong? :wha:
