Hello again,
I have been making wine , cider and mead for a while . HOWEVER , I do it very haphazzard... Normaly just throw it all in a jar and away it goes !
I like to try and do "wild" ferments as much as I can , I also like to use forraged fruit where I can.
One of my fav's ( not wine) is Elderberry port ..
