Hey, new to the home brew scene, just done my first batch of alcoshots, from akit from Tesco, and turned out ok, wanting o do some beer or larger next as i like a nice beer, but the kit i got basically contains twobuckets and a syphen tube, what will i need to do a small, maybe 10 pits of beer, equipment wise???

Most beer kits are 40 pint kits which should fit in your buckets nicely, just follow instructions on the tin or the how to on this site.

If you don't have bottles or a barrel then empty lemonade or fizzy water bottles will do, 10 2 litre bottles and you are away, as long as you don't mind drinking 4 pint in a sitting, such a hard life this brewing lark!

Welcome foggerdotcom. A hydrometer should be your next purchase. Only a few quid and worth their weight in gold. If you don't have a HB shop near you then try Wilkinsons.
