I'm a beginner in brewing, I've done a dozen of mash in all grain since 2 years so not that many but I start to invest to do more in a year and in quantity.
I also had to apologize for my english 'cause I'm a frog or a snail or both sometimes..
So, I've a 35L mash tun from Klarstein, the maischfest model, I've always brewed in bag for the moment which may change later, I'll see.
I love the old english beer, I've the brilliant book from Ron Pattinson "The Home Brewer's Guide to Vintage Beer", I love especially the pale ale and bitter style but I also love all the beers especially english one and I miss proper pub :'(
