Hey everyone - so when I ordered my Home Brew kit last week my wife said "You'll use it once and never use it again, just like all your other fads" :) "But" says I "It's like 50p a pint or something, it's an investment". *Wife rolls eyes*
So here I am - I'm been reading the forums for a while and only just got my first kit delivered yesterday. I'm Tim from Kent, I'm actually not a regular drinker I only drink about 2 pints a week (no really) but I do love a decent wheat beer or a nice easy Californian Blonde or sometimes a yummy Guinness. Not a massive lager fan too watery for my taste (although sometimes nice in the sunshine when ice cold).
I'm gonna post in the beer brewday forum with my first brew - I've got tons of questions!
