Hi all
New to the forum. I fear I've made a stupid beginners mistake. I started my first wine 5 days ago. (California Connoisseur - Pinot Noir 5 gallon Wine Kit). As I didn't see much bubble action I thought I would re-read the instructions for the 10th time. It was then that I realised I topped up the brew to 25L instead of the 23L as instructed.....
There's defo yeast action going on but not as lively as I presume it should be at this stage. Is there anything I can do? Add sugar or grape juice?? Obviously it's quite an expensive kit and I'm gutted. I also hate 9% wine!
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Thanks a million
Matt
