Anyone got a good chinook and Maris otter recipe I can use for a 12l biab.

Almost, I brewed this recipe with Amarillo (I've never used Chinook) and it turned out really well. I can't remember exact quantities but I used my remaining Amarillo as a dry hop as well :)

Personally I would add a flameout and dry hop addition to that as well.

I do 12l BIAB all the time, haven't done a Chinook but have done an Amarillo. My hop schedule was 17g (60min), 6g (15min), 6g (30min steep). It isn't an IPA by any means (38 IBU) but is a nice balanced brew, although I'd add more late hops next time - I'm always too conservative with my late hops :-?

I might try dry hopping with Pacifico anyone know if this will work? I have some of these I got cheap.

Me too these days, but it's a recipe that served me well when I started AG brewing and it produces a really nice beer :)

Just to add that i did an aroma addition at 80c and a dry hop.
