I've got a new laptop (p.c broke and old lap died) i've tried to down load Paint.net which i had used to adjust pictures and mess with them so does anyone have any good ones i can download ?
 
I find IrfanView pretty good but only do simple stuff to pics

I tend to use windows live photo gallery. Pretty decent IMO, VERY easy to use too so suits me :)
