I have a very lovely bit of perforated stainless to make the top n bottom filter supports for a Breadmaker. They are just accurately cut disks.

I can cut it my self but its going to take me a very long time with the tools I have, but it would be an easy job with the right kit.

Any volunteers or advice? I can cover costs + a bit :D

I did my perforated SS false bottom with a nibbler then tidied it up with an angle grinder.

Since then I have a plasma cutter, not tried it cutting circles yet as I have to adapt the cheapo circle jig but it would go around a template fine.

If your near west yorks/lancs border I'm brewing Sunday and could do it then

Cheers
Andy

you can spend a few days cutting it the old way with a hack saw
fitted with quality blades like

High speed steel M42 5% cobalt hacksaw blades. Will cut any metals including alloys, steels and stainless steels. Long lasting, hard wearing, professional choice.

or if you have a local stainless steel fabricators they usually charge around a tenner for small simple jobs

i use my local fabricators example
hole cut in boiler £9 for cash
guillotining £15
i just phone them up go over at dinner time and have a pint and it's done
check your area and give them a ring you might be pleasantly surprised at the prices
i live in posh Harrogate and get these jobs done at these prices
