So I've far too much grain taking up space in the freezer.

What can I put together with the following. Looking for some inspiration. I'll have to buy some maris otter \ pilsner base malt presumably and a yeast..

Fuggles Pellets Alpha Acid 5.1% - 50 grams

Brown - crushed grains 250 grams

Chocolate - crushed grains 250 grams

Roasted Barley - crushed grains 250 grams

Red Crystal 340 EBC Crushed 250 grams

Pilsner Malt - 3kg

Brown Porter - All the Brown, choccy, and crystal (as well as about 4kg of added base malt) to give you about 4.3% beer of . Use the fuggles to bitter with t start of the boil you don't necessarly need any aroma hops - 32IBU at a 60min boil
 
+1 to MyQul's suggestion.

You could also add some roast barley to make something more like a stout.
