Hi all,
I am on my third wine kit now and after producing two lovely batches from two different kits (WineWorks Pinot Grigio and Cellar 7 Pinot Grigio) I decided to make a WineBuddy kit to see how a cheaper kit faired. Unfortunately I am left with what tastes like alcoholic water that has been infused with a little wine. It is still fairly new at a couple of weeks in the bottle and am happy to leave it as long as needed but I would like to add something to it to improve the flavour (ie give it some flavour!). I was thinking of simply adding some supermarket grape juice - is the right idea? Would this help? Do I just leave it longer? Happy to experiment as currently it is not really drinkable.
Many thanks in advance.
