I have been a member for a while and make loads of wine but not done beer yet.
To be fair I am not a big beer drinker but maybe that is because I don't much like the fizzy flavorless stuff i tend to drink.
I have tried a few supermarket craft beers and I particularly liked Sharp's Wolf Rock red. I tried brewdog punk ipa which i found way to citrusee for me.
As a general beer from before i would go for Peroni or Asahi Japanese beer.
I like to drink cold beer and i have 2 brew fridges in my shed for temp control.
Any advice on a first kit would be much appreciated.
As far as price is concerned I tend to pay around £30 for wine kits so price is not really an issue but flavor and ease of brewing are my first concerns. Thanks in advance
