Help with cider

Hi all!

Only been brewing since christmas and all off kits. I want to start a cider with juice and all that from scratch but dont know where to start. I dont want it to be a disaster so any help or recipies are appreciated!

Turbo Cider is a winner in my book and I'm going to be making it again, and more juice wines too, while my country wines are sitting ageing.
