Hello everyone just put pilsner/chocolate beer in 2nd fv before keg.had OG 1046 now 1008 but it's very dry any tips to sweeten (think I used to much chocolate) ...cheers
The only thing I can think of is to sweeten to taste with an artificial sweetener which the yeast won't be able to eat and shouldn't interfere with carbonation or lactose which adds body as well as sweetness.
