Help! I have just realised that I have used far too much sugar in my mini kegs. I meant to use 10g per 5 litre keg abd instead I have usec 10g per litre. i.e. around 50g in each keg. The beer has been in the kegs for 3 days now. I have just slid the bungs to the open position to release the pressure and then closed them again. Do you think it would work if I opened the bungs at the top (which is easy to do) to release the pressure every day or so, or should I tip the whole lot back into a fermenter for a week and let it ferment away and then start all over again with the kegging.

those kegs should only get half the amount of sugar you would bottle with. Time wise, putting back in fv would be the same as babysitting them releasing pressure. If you re pitch, I would say a lot quicker, and safer. Me? I would put it back and re pitch. If you leave it in the kegs, I would put it in the garage.
