After drinking the Amber Chocolate Orange Stout at a local beer festival, I was wondering if there is some kind of recipe that I can use to make a similar version to real thing, I was wondering if this can be done from a beer kit like Coopers Irish Stout with added ingredients, as I have no experience in all grain (AG) recipes yet (Next years project)

Well, I've neither had not made a beer like this. However, I've a friend who makes a stout called "Chocolate Jitterz" that has cocoa nibs in it and coffee. I would imagine you could start with the stout kit. Get some orange peel late in the boil. Then add the cocoa nibs to the secondary and that would get you close. I could get you the cocoa nibs weight if you like. The only experience I have with orange peel is in a Belgian Witbier. This is something you might have to experiment with to get right.
