I have got my first gallon of wine ready for bottling but think it needs to be sweeter. Can I just add some wgj and bottle as soon as it is mixed or do I need to do something else. Grateful for any advice.
 
As long as you stabilise the wine first with potassium sorbate and campden then you can add wgj with no problems. Adding it and not stabilising will just restart the fermentation.
