 one off my kingkrg barrels has started to leak at the tap though the rubber seal i have had it on its side and cannot seem to get it tight enough
any sugestions people :hmm:
THANKS NEIL.

Hi Neil, Sounds stupid but if you have some rubber gloves ( ), you may be able to tighten it a little more. Either that or new seals :thumb:

Rubber gloves are not necessary, simply dip your arm in boiling water up to the armpit to sanitise then into the beer to grab the back nut to tighten it ;)
But seriously over tightening can deform the seal and cause a leak, try slackening the tap, and gently re tighten.
If that doesn't work it's a new seal I am afraid :(

Seriously don't boil your arm :nono:

The pressure will be released, but as most of the CO2 is in solution in the beer you can either add a little more priming sugar to get the pressure back up, or preferably just add a squirt of CO2 through the inlet valve :thumb:
