Help i need a recipe

Had my pre op on Tuesday and passed and was shocked to find out that I wasn't having the op this week! :x So my recovery plan has gone out of the window, if they offer the op next week I will take it but anytime after Im going to delay it til November (Rafting comes before Op) I am competing in the British Rafting Championships (we came 3rd last year) and we stand a good chance of getting in Team GB!

Which brings me to my cry for help!

I want to brew a beer for my rafting team!

Something refreshing after a hard days rafting! But that has the WOW factor!!

It needs to be somting that matures fairly quickly as the Championships are in under 60 days! (wasn't going to brew anything coz of my op) Got quite alot of grains and hops in so any ideas from this lot to free up freezer and gran store space?

Beer Kits that need using:
1x Wherry
1x Gordies Yorkshire Bitter
1x Youngs Lager
1x Edme Stout
1x Gordies Lager
